This role supports clinical priorities focused on quality, patient-centered outcomes, and effective care delivery within a regulated financial services environment. You will collaborate with clinical leaders, operational teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve standards, workflows, and execution, strengthening care quality, team performance, and measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Support operations through case reviews on medical and regulatory issues
- Develop claim adjudication criteria for cases requiring medical judgment
- Educate staff and the medical community on medical policy and program administration
- Develop and update medical policies in collaboration with regulatory and medical professionals
- Establish relationships with external medical communities and serve as a liaison
- Analyze practice patterns and statistical data regarding medical service utilization
- Research new and controversial medical procedures and technologies
Requirements
- Doctorate in a job-related field required
- 5 years post-graduate experience in direct patient care
- Active state medical license and current board certification in a recognized specialty
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong organizational capabilities

Pay
$206,011 – $413,523 annually
