Physical Medicine and Rehab Physician - St. Paul, MN
Principle Responsibilities
- Admit and round on patients in a 16-bed, CARF-accredited inpatient rehabilitation unit within a 500-bed hospital.
- Provide PM&R consultation services in hospital and outpatient settings, helping determine appropriate rehabilitation plans for patients with physical or neurologic impairments.
- Share responsibilities with three other physicians and two APPs in a team-based model designed to support clinical quality, continuity, and work-life sustainability.
- Interest and experience in spasticity management, including evaluation, treatment planning, and procedures, are strongly preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine, Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine or foreign equivalent from an approved school of medicine.
- Completion of an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) or American Osteopathic Association (AOA) accredited Physical Medicine and Rehab residency.
- Licensed Physician - MN Board of Medical Practice required and must be board certified or be eligible for board certification within Physical Medicine and Rehab upon hire.
- ACLS-BLS Tier 3 - Multisource required within 180 Days.
- Drug Enforcement Agency Certificate upon hire required.
- Prescription Monitoring Program upon hire required.
- National Provider Identifier upon hire required.
Physical Demands
Medium Work*: Lifting weight up to 32 lbs. occasionally (*Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy), up to 25 lbs. frequently.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $258,825 to $305,580 per year
The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
