Physical Medicine and Rehab Physician - Lafayette, TN

Responsibilities

• Deliver bedside wound care in skilled nursing facilities and long-term acute care hospitals
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at multiple facilities
• Manage a patient load of approximately 20-30 individuals daily
• Document clinical interactions in real-time using proprietary EMR
• Participate in comprehensive training and fellowship programs for wound care expertise

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted MD/DO medical license in the practice state
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week
• Expertise or interest in wound care management
• Strong passion for patient-centered care
• Ability to adapt to a mobile practice environment
