Requirements

• Submit a copy of your Clear, Preliminary, or Intern Single Subject Physical Education Credential
• Submit a copy of your English Learner Authorization (CLAD)
• Submit a copy of your transcripts showing evidence of a BA degree
• Submit a copy of your CSET scores
• Submit two to three letters of recommendation
