St. Louis Children's Hospital has a full-time opening for a Physical Activity Tech. Our techs work alongside Physical Therapist and other clinicians to help our young patients reach their goals!

Schedule

• Monday - Friday 8AM to 4:30PM
• 1 weekend day every other month
• 1-2 holidays per year

Role Purpose

Provides routine, non skilled patient treatments as prescribed by the physician and directed by the licensed therapist or therapist assistant.

Responsibilities

• Affords assistance to the therapist by performing non-skilled activities that are critical to a patient's treatment.
• Transports patients safely and in a timely fashion.
• Inputs rehab charges, prepares charts, charge sheets and other documentation required for treatment, and creates, complies, maintains and organizes patient handouts and other departmental reports.

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Experience: No Experience
• Supervisor Experience: No Experience
• Licenses & Certifications: Preferred Requirements
