Our PM&R Physicians guide recovery and functional outcomes for patients in skilled nursing facilities, with inpatient rehab work available if you want it.

Compensation

• $350,000–$400,000 base
• Compensation that reflects the specialized value you bring—no negotiating against a hospital pay grid

Schedule

• Full-time or part-time
• No nights. No weekends. No call.
• Flexible scheduling—build a full caseload or a lighter one, your call

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in PM&R
• New grads welcome
• Multiple locations open nationwide—tell us where you'd like to practice

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and sitting while working with patients as well as working on a computer
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• May be exposed to bloodborne pathogens, physical hazards (e.g., needle pricks, etc.) and chemical hazards
• Must wear the required PPE per company and/or facility requirement
• Must comply with facility vaccination requirements
