Physiatrist

About the role

A full‑time, board‑certified or board‑eligible physiatrist is sought to join a dedicated interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in an Acute Inpatient Rehabilitation Center and/or hospital consult service.
• Opportunities for outpatient work, administrative duties, and educational involvement.
• Call duties approximately 1:9–1:10 weekends, primarily performing consults on rehab units.

Focus areas

• Neuro rehabilitation, stroke, spasticity, amputee care.
• Orthopedic injuries, multi‑trauma, spinal cord and brain injuries.
• Musculoskeletal issues and bracing.
• Narcotic management is not part of the practice.
• All units have access to hospital consultants and advanced imaging.

Qualifications

• Board certification or eligibility in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation.
• Strong collaborative and communication skills.
• Interest in clinical, educational, or administrative activities.
