• Turnaround: Photos uploaded to our system within 24 hours of the shoot
• Scheduling: We typically book within 48 hours of an owner's request
• No aerial or 3D tour requirements (though we're open to discussing add-ons)
• Volume: Cleveland is an expansion market for us, so volume will be sporadic to start
• Immediate payment: Session cost range starting at $130 with escalators based on property size
