About the role
The Photographer + Editor produces high-end residential real estate photography that showcases DeLeon Realty’s luxury listings across digital and print marketing platforms. This role manages the photography process from on-site capture through post-production and final delivery while maintaining DeLeon Realty’s visual and quality standards. Reports to the C.O.O. + Head of Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Photograph residential properties, including interiors, exteriors, architectural details, amenities, views, and surrounding property features.
- Review photos, edit, and make necessary changes.
- Post-process photos to achieve highest quality using the appropriate tools.
- Coordinate with team members to identify photography needs.
- Manage multiple concurrent assignments and meet time-sensitive listings and marketing deadlines.
- Stay up to date with new image editing technologies.
- Operate UAS under FAA Part 107 compliance.
- Edit and stitch together basic videos through Adobe platforms, using both video and photo assets.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in photography, photojournalism, fine art photography, or visual media.
- At least 2+ years of experience in photo editing.
- Basic video filming and post-production editing highly preferred.
- Professional architectural, residential real estate, or interior photography experience preferred.
- Solid experience with digital technology and photo editing software packages.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite editing software preferred.
- Knowledge in Matterport 3D/2D capture and processing.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on property and business needs, which may occasionally include early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
- Thorough knowledge of computer imaging, photographic techniques, and color composition.
- Creative mind with a keen eye for detail.
Pay
$80,000–$90,000 per year.
