Pay

Hourly + bonuses + tips. Top photographers regularly earn:

The more you produce and perform, the more you make—no ceiling during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Photograph individuals, couples, and large groups (fast turnover)
• Direct posing quickly and confidently (this is HUGE)
• Capture high-selling images (you’re shooting to SELL, not just shoot)
• Work across multiple themed sets (Western, Victorian, 1920s, etc.)
• Maintain consistent lighting, composition, and pacing under pressure

You’ll often be working with multiple groups at once. Efficiency matters.

Requirements

This role is perfect for you if you:

• Can confidently pose and direct people (not just take pictures)
• Thrive in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Understand that great photos = great sales
• Can stay consistent with lighting and framing every time
• Have strong energy and engage well with customers

This role is NOT for you if you:

• Prefer slow, artistic, low-volume shoots
• Struggle to direct or speak confidently to groups
• Get overwhelmed when it’s busy
• Want full creative control over every image
• Aren’t comfortable working with a steady flow of customers

Schedule
