About the role
As the Photographer, you will capture and create compelling product, artistic, and lifestyle imagery across all of our dynamic brands. Working closely with the Creative Services team, you will support the visual identity of our products from initial setup to final retouching.
Responsibilities
- Photograph a variety of consumer products in a professional studio, including costumes, plastic products, plush toys, and other merchandise
- Create clean, consistent white-background e-commerce photography that accurately showcases products, colors, details, and features
- Photograph products with models, particularly costumes and wearable products, to showcase fit, function, scale, and overall appearance
- Prepare products, lighting, cameras, backgrounds, and tethering equipment for studio shoots
- Set up and operate Sony cameras, strobe and continuous lighting, and tethered shooting systems
- Edit and retouch images using Photoshop, including color correction, compositing, masking, background cleanup, and resizing
- Maintain consistent lighting, framing, color, and image quality across product photography
- Organize and maintain digital photography files according to department guidelines
- Participate in live photo review sessions through Google Meet and communicate with teams to incorporate feedback
- Track project status and communicate proactively with internal and external teams to keep projects on schedule

Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional photography experience, preferably in product or studio photography
- Strong knowledge of studio lighting, composition, and product photography
- Experience with Sony cameras, tethered shooting, and studio equipment
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Bridge
- Strong photo retouching and color correction skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a positive, can-do attitude
- Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Professional photography portfolio required

Pay
The base salary may vary based on experience, role tenure, performance, industry, and location. Eligibility for the annual performance incentive may apply.
Schedule
Flexible work schedule that includes Monday through Thursday on-site, with an optional WFH on Fridays, up to 20 workdays fully remote each year.
