About the role
Bella Baby Photography is looking for talented photographers who are passionate about their craft, eager to learn new skills, and ready to embrace their entrepreneurial side. Our photographers produce exceptionally beautiful photographs and are among the most talented in the industry. As a photographer, you will capture families and their newborns in hospitals, edit and present your work to clients the same day, and engage in sales to earn commission.
Hospitals can be fast-paced and challenging environments, so the ability to multitask and stay focused is vital. We provide a structured process, training on hospital photography techniques, and professional development to help you succeed. All photographers are trained in HIPAA, hand washing, and other safety protocols to prioritize client health and safety.
Responsibilities
- Photograph families and newborns in hospital settings
- Edit and present photographs to clients on the same day
- Engage in sales to earn commission (sales training provided)
- Work independently in a remote and fast-paced environment
- Adhere to HIPAA, hand washing, and safety protocols
- Carry camera equipment, walk, and bend frequently
Requirements
- Entry-Level to Mid-Level photography experience
- Comfortable shooting in manual mode
- Desktop photo editing skills (experience with Lightroom/Photoshop required)
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- 9-5 availability on weekdays and weekends (some weekends required)
- Ability to work various holidays throughout the year
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to perform moderate physical activity

Schedule
Hours fluctuate weekly based on hospital demand (e.g., number of births). Availability must include weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
