Photo Specialist

Walgreens is looking for a customer-focused team member to deliver friendly, efficient photo services and contribute to a positive in-store experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, fast, and efficient photo services, including digital passport photos and suggestive selling of promotional photo products.
• Engage customers by greeting them, offering assistance, resolving issues, and answering questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Model and share customer service best practices, including interpersonal habits (e.g., greeting, eye contact, courtesy) and Walgreens service traits (e.g., offering help proactively, identifying needs, servicing until satisfied).
• Assist with customer purchases at the register, including processing transactions, voids, returns, refunds, and exchanges.
• Maintain clean, well-merchandised counters and shelves; take inventory and keep records.
• Check in and price merchandise as directed by the store manager or shift leader.
• Implement asset protection procedures to minimize profit loss.
• Ensure compliance with state and local laws regarding regulated products (e.g., alcoholic beverages and tobacco).
• Construct and maintain displays, including promotional, seasonal, and sale merchandise.
• Complete resets and revisions as directed.
• Operate store systems and equipment.
• Handle web pick-up responsibilities, including monitoring, filling, and delivering orders to customers.
• Assist with exterior and interior maintenance to ensure a clean, neat, and orderly store appearance.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures; maintain respectful relationships with coworkers.
• Complete special assignments and other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English (except in Puerto Rico).
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Preferred Qualifications

• Six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prior work experience with Walgreens.

Pay

Salary Range: $15.15 - $17.50 / Hourly
