Position Overview
The Photo Bench Operator is a pivotal role within our organization, responsible for meticulously documenting and cataloging parts through high-quality 3D photography.
Essential Job Functions
- Pick Utilize spreadsheets and databases to identify required parts accurately. Navigate efficiently through the warehouse to locate specified parts. Verify part numbers and descriptions to ensure accurate selection of parts.
- Photo Capture Operate Photo Bench equipment to capture high-resolution 3D images of parts. Maintain high standards for picture quality and edit images as necessary. Document the weights of individual parts and dimensions of cartons accurately. Organize and maintain documentation pertaining to completed parts.
- Store Ensure cartons are securely closed and taped for return to inventory. Return cartons to their original inventory locations.
- Other Collaborate with Marketing and IT departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals and technology requirements. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Ensure the work area is kept clean, organized, and free of clutter.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and procedures
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Adaptability to changing priorities and tasks as needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of ERP/WMS software is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and carry them out with accuracy and attention to detail
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the warehouse / office as needed
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs pounds
