Duties and Responsibilities
- Answers phone, suggests menu items, takes orders, and quotes delivery times.
- Accurately describes menu items and knows about manager, coupon, and special promotions.
- Handles cash properly.
- Gives directions to the restaurant.
- Keeps up with incoming orders.
- Keeps the work area clean and organized.
- Assists in maintaining the kitchen area.
- Stays informed about the delivery area.
- Helps fold pizza boxes.
- Completes guest callbacks.
- Performs opening and/or closing checklists.
- Performs other duties as assigned by Company Management.
Requirements (Minimum requirements for entry into position)
- Entry-level position.

- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Pleasant, personable, and friendly demeanor.
- Sense of urgency.
Physical Demands
- Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to supervisors and employees.
- Must have the ability to remain stationary for up to four hours in length.
