Phoenix Airport Budtender

Join the JARS Cannabis team at our Phoenix Airport location as an entry-level Budtender. We’re looking for friendly, customer-focused individuals with open availability and a passion for service. If you have retail or food-service experience, we’ll train you on cannabis and help you grow in this exciting industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly assistance and recommendations on cannabis products to patients and customers.
• Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for both new and returning clientele.
• Develop sales and customer service skills with on-the-job training.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization within the dispensary.
• Complete tasks assigned by management promptly and efficiently.

Requirements

• Positive, outgoing, and welcoming attitude.
• Open availability: able to work morning, evening, and holiday shifts with no scheduling restraints.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 30 hours each week.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and walk for a minimum of 8 hours daily.
• Comfortable using a computer for the duration of the shift.
• Willingness to learn and self-educate about cannabis trends and products.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean workspace.
• Basic math skills and computer knowledge.
• Ability to move and lift at least 50 lbs.
• Personal smartphone required (iPhone iOS 14+ or Android OS 4.4+).
• Must be at least 21 years old and pass standard and fingerprint background checks.

Pay

$15.50–$16/hour plus shared tip pool.

Schedule

• Full-time: 5 days on, 8-hour shifts with 2 days off.
• Shifts: Morning (6:30 AM–2:30 PM), Mid (11 AM–7 PM), Closing (2:30 PM–10:30 PM; at El Mirage, Thursday–Saturday closing shifts are 3:30 PM–12:30 AM).
