We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should remove the EEO statement at the end (the paragraph about equal opportunity). Also remove the "Visit www.saintalphonsus.org/careers to learn more!" maybe considered application instruction? It's a link to learn more; but it's not exactly application instruction. However we might keep it as part of description? The instruction says remove application instructions. The "Visit ... to learn more!" is more like a call to action; could be considered application instruction. Safer to remove it.
Also remove duplicated lines: there may be duplicates but not obvious.
We need to preserve all substantive information.
We need to decide sections.
We have:
- About the role: maybe the description paragraph about living out calling etc. Could be "About the role" or "Position Summary". The posting includes "Position Summary & Highlights:" which is a summary. So we can have a section "About the role" with that content.
- Responsibilities: "What you will do:" details duties. So we can have Responsibilities section with that content.
- Requirements/Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications list. Could be "Requirements" or "Qualifications". We'll use "Requirements" heading.
- Benefits: "Highlights and Benefits:" includes benefits description. So we can have Benefits section.
- Pay: The posting mentions "Evening shift, night shift, and weekends receive an additional pay differential!" and "We offer market-competitive pay". That's specific enough to include Pay section? It says "market-competitive pay" and shift differential. That's substantive. So we can include Pay section.
- Schedule: The posting mentions Employment Type: Full time, Shift: Rotating Shift, variable shift, evening/night/weekends. So we have schedule info. So we can include Schedule section.
- Skills: Not explicitly listed; maybe we could infer but we should not invent. So skip Skills.
- About the role: we have description paragraph.
We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience" etc. Not present.
We need to use for section headings. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown.
Let's craft sections:
About the role
At Saint Alphonsus Health System, we are looking for people who are living out their calling. We want you to be passionate about coming to work, and challenged to achieve your potential. Living by these virtues, we pride ourselves on exceptional service and the highest quality of care.
Position Summary & Highlights
maybe we should use "About the role" already; but we have also Position Summary & Highlights content. Could combine? The instruction: use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should stick to those headings. So we need to map content to those headings. The "Position Summary & Highlights" could go under About the role. But we already have About the role with description; we could add the summary there as well. However we must not duplicate. We could incorporate both paragraphs into About the role.
But we also have "What you will do" for Responsibilities.
Minimum Qualifications for Requirements.
Highlights and Benefits for Benefits.
Pay info for Pay.
Shift info for Schedule.
Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to ensure we don't leave any heading with empty content.
Now craft content.
About the role: combine the initial description and the position summary & highlights.
Paragraphs:
- "At Saint Alphonsus Health System, we are looking for people who are living out their calling. We want you to be passionate about coming to work, and challenged to achieve your potential. Living by these virtues, we pride ourselves on exceptional service and the highest quality of care."
- "We are seeking a Phlebotomist/Central Processing Tech for our Medical Center located in Boise, Idaho. We currently are filling a full-time position. This is a variable shift. Evening shift, night shift, and weekends receive an additional pay differential! In this role you can make a difference by applying your current phlebotomy experience and skills."
We could combine into one or two
. Use
for prose; multiple paragraphs okay.
Responsibilities: content from "What you will do:" paragraph(s). It's two sentences but could be one paragraph. We'll put in
.
Requirements: list of Minimum Qualifications. Use
- for each.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients and hospital staff.
- Good working knowledge of medical terminology and computers.
- Phlebotomy certification preferred.
- Experience in phlebotomy in a hospital setting preferred.
Benefits: content from "Highlights and Benefits:" paragraph(s). It's multiple sentences. We'll put in
. Also maybe we could list benefits as bullet list? The instruction says use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Benefits are described in prose but could be turned into list? The posting includes list-like items: market-competitive pay, generous PTO, multiple options for comprehensive benefits that begin on day one. Benefits for your future include retirement planning and matching, college savings plans for your family, and multiple life insurance plans that can change as your needs develop. We are proud to offer Employee Assistance Programs, tuition reimbursement, and educational opportunities to help you learn and grow. Also mention faith-based ministry etc. That's more prose. We could keep as
. The instruction says use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. If we keep as prose, it's okay; not required to list. But we could also convert to list for clarity. However we must not invent or summarize away detail; converting to list is okay as long as we preserve all detail. We could split into list items each benefit. But we need to be careful not to lose nuance. Safer to keep as
because it's not a clear list; it's prose with some enumerations but not bullet list. We'll keep as
.
Pay: content: "Evening shift, night shift, and weekends receive an additional pay differential!" and "We offer market-competitive pay". Could combine into one
.
Schedule: content: Employment Type: Full time; Shift: Rotating Shift; variable shift; evening/night/weekends. Also mention that it's variable shift. We'll put in
.
Now ensure we removed boilerplate: EEO statement at end removed. Also removed "Visit www.saintalphonsus.org/careers to learn more!" (application instruction). Also removed duplicated lines? Not seeing duplicates.
Now produce HTML fragment.
We need to output only HTML, no markdown fences.
Let's craft:
