Phlebotomy Technician
Must be located near Cookeville, Tennessee.
About the role
Perform venipuncture and blood draws using straight needles and butterfly needles, ensuring patient comfort and safety. Label, centrifuge, split, and freeze specimens as required by specific test orders and laboratory protocols. Store specimen samples at the required temperature and place them in the appropriate collection containers or tubes.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience working as a Phlebotomist (mandatory)
- Phlebotomy Certification (preferred)
Pay
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, and internal equity.
