Phlebotomy Technician 1- Inpatient

Responsibilities

• Patient identification
• Specimen labeling
• Handling and transportation of specimens across various departments including general care areas, pediatrics, Emergency Department, Intensive Care, and Trauma Units
• Maintain patient confidentiality
• Uphold Tampa General Hospital’s vision and values

Requirements

• High school diploma or G.E.D.
• Completion of a recognized Phlebotomy course
• Eligible for remote work on site
