Phlebotomy Site Coordinator

About the role

Oversee patient flow, manage specimen collection, and ensure excellent customer service in patient service centers or client offices. Represent the organization professionally while performing skilled specimen collection.

Responsibilities

• Perform blood draws and collect specimens
• Monitor operational metrics
• Address customer concerns
• Handle administrative tasks such as data entry and billing

Requirements

• Valid Washington State Phlebotomy License or pending application
• At least 1 year of phlebotomy experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently or with a team
• Pass a color blindness test
• Flexibility for overtime

Preferred Skills

• Leadership experience in healthcare

Pay

Hourly pay range of $23.00 - $36.23, with eligibility for quarterly bonuses.
