Phlebotomy Instructor Monday and Wednesday 5:30 pm to 10:15 pm

About the Role

A Phlebotomy Instructor at our fast-growing educational organization will prepare and deliver lectures, lead hands-on skills labs, and maintain accurate student records in a joyful, supportive environment. This onsite position offers the opportunity to share your expertise while helping make education accessible and affordable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and lecture on specified content using the school’s textbook.
• Administer academic and skills assessments according to the syllabus.
• Lead hands-on skills labs, including skill demonstration and student feedback.
• Maintain accurate student records (attendance, progress notes, conduct, grades).
• Complete pre-class tasks such as handling student payments and documentation.
• Adhere to school and state policies, rules, and regulations.
• Follow the state-approved curriculum set by the Ohio School of Phlebotomy.

Schedule

Phlebotomy classes are offered weekdays and weekends during morning, afternoon, and evening sessions. Availability and teaching schedules will be discussed during the interview and onboarding process. Potential hours can be viewed at carolinaphleb.com.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant field experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous teaching experience is not required.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay

$20 - $24/hour (DOE).
