About the role
Urgent hiring for a Phlebotomist position in Lakewood, NJ. This is a fully onsite, contract role.
Responsibilities
- Perform blood draws using straight needles and butterfly needles.
- Label, centrifuge, split, and freeze specimens as required.
- Package specimens for transport and store them at required temperatures.
- Update patient information accurately.
- Answer telephone inquiries and read laboratory results.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience working with pediatrics and geriatrics in a hospital, clinic, or lab (mandatory).
- Phlebotomy certification is preferred.
Pay
$25.00 - $25.00/hr.
