Requirements
- Compliance with Laboratory Safety Policies & Procedures.
- Demonstrates adequate knowledge of the hospital and laboratory computer systems.
- Reads at a high school level.
- Communicates verbally and in writing effectively.
- Implements written and oral instructions appropriately.
- Encounters individuals in a variety of situations and circumstances.
- Current Drivers License with no major citations, covered under AMC auto insurance.
- Encouraged to become certified by ASCP or a similar qualifying agency after one year of experience at JDAMH.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Current Driver's License.
- Successful completion of in-house training.
Skills
- Effective communication verbally and in writing.
- Ability to read at a high school level.
- Ability to effectively implement written and oral instructions.
- Ability to appropriately encounter individuals in a variety of situations and circumstances.
