Phlebotomist Pediatrics- Patient Service Representative

About the role

The Patient Services Representative (PSR) is an excellent opportunity at MultiCare to support our Pediatric Lab Services. In this role, you will be responsible for patient registration and order entry, phlebotomy, and specimen processing. You may also be responsible for specimen pick-up in offices, report sorting and delivery, supply delivery, and other tasks related to the operation of the specific location.

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Current Medical Assistant‑Certified, Medical Assistant‑Phlebotomy Certification, or Medical Assistant‑Phlebotomist eligible – must complete the training and submit application within 90 days of hire
• Completion of phlebotomy course or training preferred
• Phlebotomy experience preferred
• Previous experience dealing with the public preferred
• One year pediatric patient experience preferred

Pay

The pay scale is $25.40 – $38.14 USD, influenced by skill set, level of experience, certification(s) and/or education. If associated with a union contract, pay aligns with the appropriate step based on years of experience.
