Phlebotomist-Patient Services Representative
About the role
The Patient Services Representative (PSR) supports Lab Services at MultiCare, handling patient registration, order entry, phlebotomy, specimen processing, and other operational tasks.
Responsibilities
- Support patient registration and order entry
- Perform phlebotomy and specimen processing
- Handle specimen pick-up in offices
- Sort and deliver reports
- Deliver supplies
- Perform other tasks related to lab operations
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- Medical Assistant-Certified, Medical Assistant-Phlebotomy Certification, or Medical Assistant-Phlebotomist eligibility - must complete training and submit application within 90 days of hire
- Completion of phlebotomy course or training preferred
- Phlebotomy experience preferred
- Previous experience dealing with the public preferred

Pay and Benefits
