We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes introductory paragraph about Northwestern Medicine, patient-first approach, etc. That could be "About the role" or maybe "About Northwestern Medicine". The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. We need to decide sections: The posting includes: - Intro paragraph: "At Northwestern Medicine, every patient interaction makes a difference..." This is about the organization and role. Could be "About the role" or "About Northwestern Medicine". Use "About the role". - Job description: "This is a part-time, 20 hours per week, 2nd shift inpatient phlebotomist position located at Delnor Hospital in Geneva. Must be able to work 12:30pm - 9pm and every other weekend." This includes schedule details (part-time, 20 hrs/week, 2nd shift, location, shift times, weekend requirement). According to rules, we should include Schedule section only if posting actually states them. It does state schedule: part-time, 20 hours per week, 2nd shift, must work 12:30pm-9pm and every other weekend. So we can create a Schedule section with that info. - Then: "The Phlebotomist reflects the mission..." This is responsibilities prose. Then bullet list of responsibilities under "Responsibilities:" heading. So we need Responsibilities section with

    • for each duty. - Qualifications: "Qualifications Required:" and "Preferred:" list. So we need Requirements or Qualifications section. The instruction mentions "Requirements, Qualifications, Skills". We can combine required and preferred into Qualifications section, maybe separate Required and Preferred as subheadings? But we only have

for section headings; we could have a Qualifications section with

      for prose and

      • for list. Could separate Required and Preferred as
with maybe label? But we need to preserve all substantive info. We could do:

          Qualifications

          Required:

          • ...

          Preferred:

          • ...
That seems okay. - Benefits: The posting includes a Benefits paragraph: "We offer a wide range of benefits that provide employees with tools and resources to improve their physical, emotional, and financial well-being while providing protection for unexpected life events. Please visit our Benefits section to learn more." Also earlier: "We pride ourselves on providing competitive benefits: from tuition reimbursement and loan forgiveness to 401(k) matching and lifecycle benefits, our goal is to take care of our employees." So there is substantive benefits info: tuition reimbursement, loan forgiveness, 401(k) matching, lifecycle benefits. Also mention sign-on bonus eligibility details. That is also benefits-related. So we should include Benefits section with list of those benefits. - Pay: Not mentioned specifically. No pay info. So we should not create Pay section. - Schedule: we already have. - Skills: Not explicitly listed separate; could be part of qualifications. But we can omit Skills section if not specific. - About the role: we have intro paragraph. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, background check, AI disclosure, sign-on bonus eligibility? Actually sign-on bonus eligibility is substantive? It mentions sign-on bonus eligibility details. That is a benefit-related detail. Should we include it under Benefits? It mentions sign-on bonus eligibility (if sign-on bonus offered for position): internal employees and rehires who left within 1 year are not eligible, exception for new graduate internal employees. That's specific info about sign-on bonus. So we should include that in Benefits section. We must remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, legal, EEO, scam-warning. The posting includes "Northwestern Medicine is an equal opportunity employer..." that's EEO boilerplate; remove. Also "Background Check" section; remove? It's not EEO but it's a procedural detail; maybe considered boilerplate? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Background check is not explicitly listed but could be considered legal? It's about hiring process; maybe we should keep? It's not about job duties/benefits. The instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Background check is substantive info about hiring process. However, they said remove legal boilerplate. Background check could be considered legal. But it's specific to the position. I'd lean to keep it? The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. "Legal" could include background check disclosure. Might be safer to remove it. However, they said "Preserve ALL substantive information". Background check is substantive about hiring process. But it's also typical boilerplate. I'd decide to keep it as a short paragraph maybe under a section like "Additional Information". But we don't have a heading for that; we could incorporate into About the role or a separate "Additional Information" section. The instruction only lists example headings; we can use other headings if needed? It says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but suggests those examples. Safer to stick to those. We could put background check info in a

under About the role or Qualifications? Not ideal. Maybe we can create a section "Additional Information" as

but not in the list; risk of being considered not allowed? The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." The "e.g." suggests those are examples, not exhaustive. So we can use other headings if needed. But they also say "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So we could add an "Additional Information" section for background check and AI disclosure etc. However, AI disclosure maybe also boilerplate. Might be better to omit those as they are not substantive to the job. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. AI disclosure maybe legal. So remove. Thus final sections: About the role (intro + maybe location/shift?), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Schedule. Could also combine location/shift in About the role or Schedule. Let's decide: About the role: introductory paragraph about Northwestern Medicine, patient-first approach, etc. Also mention the position is part-time, 20 hrs/week, 2nd shift inpatient phlebotomist at Delnor Hospital in Geneva. That could be part of About the role. Schedule: specific shift times and weekend requirement. Responsibilities: list. Qualifications: required and preferred. Benefits: list of tuition reimbursement, loan forgiveness, 401(k) matching, lifecycle benefits, sign-on bonus eligibility details. We must not repeat job title as heading. Now craft HTML. We need to ensure we use

for each section heading. Inside sections, use

          for prose,

          • for lists. We must not include markdown fences. Let's draft:
