Phlebotomist - No Experience Required

Role: Phlebotomist responsible for specimen collection, patient interaction, and administrative duties. Key Responsibilities Perform blood draws using venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups.Collect specimens for various tests such as drug screens, paternity, and alcohol testing.Accurately enter patient data and process billing information.Prepare specimens for testing and maintain logs of patient and specimen details.Provide excellent customer service and assist with administrative tasks.Travel to additional sites as needed. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent.Preferred: Phlebotomy certification, completed training, or 6+ months of experience.Exceptional customer service skills and strong communication abilities.Ability to work independently or collaboratively, with minimal supervision.Reliable transportation and clean driving record if applicable.Flexibility to work overtime and pass a color blindness test. Additional Standards: Proven customer service experience, effective communication, dependability, and adaptability to different work environments.
