Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care and customer‑focused service.
• Perform venipuncture on patients of all ages.
• Collect and prepare non‑blood specimens.
• Ensure proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering.
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control.
• Maintain confidentiality of Protected Health Information (PHI) and follow privacy and security standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous phlebotomy training or experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.

Qualifications (preferred)

• 2+ years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing.
• Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians.

Scheduled weekly hours: 40. 1st shift, full‑time, benefit eligible.
