Phlebotomist I

We are seeking an experienced Phlebotomist I / Patient Services Representative I to support a leading diagnostic laboratory organization in Webster, TX. This is a highly patient-facing role requiring excellent phlebotomy skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide a positive patient experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform venipuncture and blood specimen collection accurately and safely.
• Perform pediatric and geriatric blood draws.
• Properly identify patients and specimens.
• Process, label, and handle specimens according to established procedures.
• Work independently at IOP locations and collaboratively at PSC locations.
• Maintain a professional and patient-focused environment.
• Follow all safety, compliance, and laboratory procedures.
• Travel between assigned locations as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6+ months of direct phlebotomy experience.

Pay

$17 - $20 hourly (based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials).

Schedule

Full-time, 13-week contract. Shifts: Monday - Friday (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST).
