Phlebotomist I

About the role

Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist to support a client’s medical facility in Tulsa, OK. This is a contract position with possible extension, offering an opportunity to work with a top‑tier healthcare organization.

Schedule

1st shift, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday‑Friday.

Pay

$17 – $19 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality, error‑free work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Work independently with minimal on‑site supervision.
• Demonstrate excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections.
• Be flexible and available based on staffing needs, which may include weekends, holidays, on‑call, and overtime.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, including company dress code, employee health & safety, and Everyday Excellence Guiding Principles.
• Make decisions based on established procedures and exercise good judgment.
• Maintain reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record (if applicable).
• Travel and work flexible hours to cover multiple locations, including Patient Service Center/In‑Office phlebotomy sites, with minimal notice.
• Attend training at varying locations as trainer availability dictates.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Minimum three years of phlebotomy experience, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Preferred: at least two years of experience in a Patient Service Center environment.
