About the role
Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist I to support our client's healthcare facility in Provo, UT.
Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
- Location: Provo, UT
- Job Type: Local contract
- Contract Length: 13-Weeks
Pay
- $16 - $19 Hourly
- Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education
Duties
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection on pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients
- Prepare, label, process, and transport specimens accurately for laboratory testing
- Verify patient information and maintain accurate records and documentation
- Provide professional, compassionate customer service while explaining collection procedures
- Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment while following established procedures
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma/equivalent
- License(s): None
- Certification(s): None
- Years of experience: Minimum 1 Year of phlebotomy experience
- Skills: Phlebotomy & Ability to perform pediatric and geriatric draws
