Phlebotomist I
About the role
Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist to support our client's team in Boise, ID. This is a full-time, 13-week contract. The Patient Services Representative (Phlebotomist) is responsible for collecting high-quality blood specimens, preparing samples for laboratory testing, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing exceptional customer service while ensuring patient safety and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for patients of all ages, including pediatric and geriatric patients.
- Verify patient identity and accurately label specimens.
- Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Follow established safety, quality, and infection control procedures.
- Deliver professional, compassionate patient care and excellent customer service.
- Work independently while managing multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.
- Travel to nearby patient service centers or physician offices as business needs require.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1 year of direct phlebotomy experience.

$17.50 - $20.50 hourly

Monday - Friday: 8 AM - 5 PM
