Phlebotomist Clerical Support - FT (4x10s)
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO, equal-opportunity, scam-warning, application instructions, navigation, cookie, legal. Also remove duplicated lines.
We need to extract substantive info:
- Time Type: Full time Hours Per Pay Period: 80 Shift: Varied 10-40 Minimum: $19.85 USD Maximum: $29.46 USD (This represents the rate for an individual with significant experience in this job) Department: Phlebotomy Current Bay Area Hospital Employee: If you are a current Bay Area Hospital employee, please apply through the Workday internal career site. (We drop application instructions? The instruction to apply through Workday internal career site is application instruction; we should drop it. Also "Current Bay Area Hospital Employee:" line maybe not needed. We'll drop that line.
- The future looks bright at Bay Area Hospital, and we are always searching for quality people to join our team. We offer a great atmosphere, competitive pay, a wide array of benefits, and many growth opportunities for our employees. (This is generic but maybe part of About the role? It's about the organization. Could be used for About the role.)
- Job Description: Phlebotomist Clerical Support (maybe heading? Not needed.)
- Expectation for all employees: Support the organization's mission, vision and values by adhering to the behavioral standards of Bay Area Hospital. Comply with all laws and regulations affecting Bay Area Hospital. Be familiar with and adhere to the Bay Area Hospital Code of Conduct and Compliance Program. Effective communication skills and the ability to work effectively with people from various backgrounds are critical. (This appears twice; we can include once.)
- Position Summary: Obtains blood specimens, in a courteous and professional manner, from patients of all age ranges.
- Principle Duties and Responsibilities: list of duties (many bullet-like sentences). We'll turn into - .
- Skills and Abilities: list.
- Education/Certifications/Licenses/Degrees: list.
- Experience: list.
- General Information: Union Affiliation: UFCW (maybe include as part of Benefits? Not exactly. Could be a small note; but we may not have a section for Union Affiliation. Could be included in a short
under General info? But we only have allowed headings; we could put it under Benefits? Not appropriate. Could be omitted? It's substantive but not fitting headings. However we could include a short
after sections for misc info? The instruction: "fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So we can put Union Affiliation in a short
maybe after sections.
- Compensation Grade: UFCW Compensation Grade Profile: U040 (maybe minor metadata; could be short
).
- Pay: we have Minimum and Maximum rates. So we should include a Pay section with that info.
- Schedule: we have Time Type: Full time Hours Per Pay Period: 80 Shift: Varied 10-40. So we can include Schedule section with that.
- Benefits: The posting mentions "competitive pay, a wide array of benefits, and many growth opportunities". Not specific benefits listed. Since we should not create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It says "wide array of benefits" but not specific. That's vague; maybe we should not create Benefits section because no specific benefits listed. The rule: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It states "wide array of benefits" but not specifics. Might be considered stating benefits exist but not details. Safer to omit Benefits section.
- About the role: we can combine the introductory paragraph about future looks bright, etc. Also maybe the Position Summary? Actually About the role could be a brief description of the role. We'll use the Position Summary as About the role? But Position Summary is basically same as job description summary. We'll put About the role as a
summarizing the role: "Phlebotomist Clerical Support obtains blood specimens, in a courteous and professional manner, from patients of all age ranges." plus maybe the mission statement? We'll keep it concise.
- Responsibilities: the principle duties list.
- Requirements: maybe Education/Certifications/Licenses/Degrees + Experience? Could split into Qualifications (education/certifications) and Requirements (experience). But we have headings: Qualifications, Skills, Requirements. We need to decide.
We have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to include only those with real specific content.
Let's map:
- About the role: we have generic statement about hospital and role summary. That's specific enough.
- Responsibilities: we have principle duties list (specific).
- Requirements: could be Education/Certifications/Licenses/Degrees (specific) plus maybe Experience? But Experience could be under Requirements or Qualifications. We'll treat Requirements as Education/Certifications/Licenses/Degrees (since they are required). Experience could be under Qualifications? Actually Qualifications often include education and experience. But we have both headings; we can split: Qualifications: Education/Certifications; Requirements: Experience. Or vice versa. Let's decide: Qualifications: Education/Certifications/Licenses/Degrees (since they are qualifications). Requirements: Experience (working knowledge of systems). That seems plausible.
- Skills: Skills and Abilities list.
- Pay: Minimum/Maximum rates.
- Schedule: Time Type, Hours Per Pay Period, Shift.
- Benefits: not specific; omit.
Now we need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to remove duplicated lines: Expectation for all employees appears twice; we will include once maybe under About the role? Actually it's about expectations for all employees, not specific to role. Could be part of About the role? Might be better to include as a short
under About the role? But it's generic; still substantive. We'll include it as a paragraph under About the role maybe after role summary.
Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown.
We'll produce something like:

Now check for any duplicated content: we included Expectation for all employees once in About the role. Good.
We removed application instruction line about Workday internal career site. Good.
We removed duplicated lines of Expectation and PHYSICAL/MENTAL/ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS (we didn't include those; they are not required as separate sections; but we might want to include physical requirements? There's no heading for Physical/Mental/Environmental Requirements; we could incorporate into Responsibilities or Requirements?
