Phlebotomist

About the role

As a Mobile Phlebotomist at Vitalant, you will assist our donor care team in creating comfortable, convenient, and consistent blood donation experiences for donor volunteers. Most days, you’ll conduct blood drives around town in one of our buses; other days, you’ll interact with donors at one of our local donation centers. Every day, you’ll help save lives and make a vital impact on your community.

Responsibilities

• Greet donors, keeping them comfortable and informed.
• Perform blood draws (paid training provided).
• Manage accurate and organized donor information.
• Receive coaching, encouragement, and support from caring managers invested in your career and success.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• Active driver’s license with a clean driving record (Required).
• Ability to travel as required.
• Able to lift 40 pounds (Required).

Schedule

Sunday through Thursday, with Friday and Saturday off. This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with required availability between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM.

Start Date: September 14, 2026

Pay

Base Pay: $20.10 / Hour
