Phlebotomist

JOB SUMMARY

Collections and processes blood and other laboratory samples. Enters physician orders in Meditech accurately. Accurately labels and processes specimens. Maintains confidentiality for patient data. Displays a professional image and attitude when performing ALL duties/responsibilities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Educational Requirement: High school graduate with sufficient knowledge of English, Spelling, Typing, and Math.
• Preferred Certification: Certification in Phlebotomy.
• Experience: Some phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Training: Completion of Phlebotomy training through an accredited program required.
