Responsibilities
- Aid in assessing donor suitability.
- Build rapport with donors to ensure their comfort and privacy.
- Handle and address donor reactions promptly.
- Maintain the health of donors and the quality of the collected product.
- Operate and manage automated plasmapheresis machines.
- Dispose of contaminated equipment safely and properly.
Requirements
- Superior customer service skills.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Flexible scheduling ability.
- An interest in making a positive impact.
- Required state licensure or certification (where applicable).
Qualifications

- Committed to keeping donors comfortable and satisfied.
Skills
- Excellent communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, and reaching.
- Ability to handle light lifting and operate machinery.
