Phlebotomist

This is an independently owned and operated franchise location. All hiring decisions are made by the franchise management.

About the role

We are seeking energetic, customer-oriented staff members to join our walk-in retail franchise team. This position involves direct interaction with customers, drawing blood, and promoting our lab testing services.

Responsibilities

• Draw blood from customers (required: two years of recent experience)
• Call businesses to explain and sell our lab testing services
• Track inventory, maintain records, and order supplies
• Use computer systems for MS Word, email, and QuickBooks (knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus)
• Perform drug screens (experience with Quest or LabCorp is desired)

Requirements

• Two years of recent experience drawing blood
• Ability to sell products and services
• Strong organizational and critical-thinking skills
• Dependable and reliable
• Must pass a background check and drug screen

Qualifications (Desired)

• Experience with Quest or LabCorp
• Sales or hospitality experience

Schedule

Hours of operation: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:30 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM–2:00 PM. Schedule consists of 2–3 days per week, including rotating Saturdays.
