Participants work in indoor climate‑controlled facilities with highly automated, high‑volume production lines, clean workspaces, and on‑the‑job training. Each rotation pairs the engineer with a supervisor and mentor, providing hands‑on experience while contributing directly to team goals and expanding professional networks.
