Philanthropy Manager

About the role

The Philanthropy Manager leads and manages all philanthropic strategy and activities for the Great Falls Clinic Legacy Foundation, collaborating with the Executive Director. This role is responsible for fundraising strategy, grant development, donor relations, event management, and stewardship programs that advance the mission and strategic priorities of the Foundation and the Great Falls Clinic Hospital.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fundraising strategies to support the Foundation’s goals.
• Manage grant development efforts, including proposal writing and submission.
• Build and maintain relationships with donors, board members, and community partners.
• Plan and execute fundraising events to engage the community and raise funds.
• Steward existing donors and cultivate new relationships to enhance donor engagement and support.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership and staff to align philanthropic efforts with broader strategic objectives.
• Support cross-functional teams in achieving their philanthropic goals through effective communication and coordination.

Requirements

• Progressive and measurable fundraising experience in a nonprofit organization.
• Minimally 5 years of leadership experience.

Qualifications

• BA or BS, preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Event strategy and execution, public speaking and professional presentation, board relations and communication, team leadership and cross-functional collaboration, financial oversight and donor accountability, excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills, demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously, advanced fundraising and grant writing expertise, donor cultivation, stewardship, and relationship management.

Pay

Salary range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Full-time position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
