About the Role
Reed Smith is seeking a Mid-to-Senior-Level Associate to join the Real Estate Group in the Philadelphia office. Candidates should have at least 3 years of solid transactional real estate experience, with large law firm experience preferred (though boutique or mid-size firm experience will be considered).
Successful candidates will focus on acquisitions and dispositions, financing, real estate development, land use and zoning, and commercial leasing.
Responsibilities
- Manage small-to-mid sized matters, or portions of large matters, effectively and efficiently.
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties.
- Work collaboratively on a team.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of transactional real estate experience.
- Excellent oral and research skills.
- Ability to handle complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, development, land use/zoning, and commercial leasing.
