Philadelphia Port Team - Warehouse Supervisor (T5)

Responsibilities
- Oversee the warehouse personnel and daily operations
- Oversee the end of month physical counting of the inventory
- Oversee parts clerks' daily inventory counts and reporting
- Load and unload trucks
- Ensure all parts personnel follow proper company, customer, and safety guidelines and procedures
- Properly and effectively communicate all tasks to team members
- Maintain adequate inventory levels to cover daily processing needs
- Using current inventory counts and vehicle needs, determine any parts issues that may arise
- Report any parts shortages to management
- Maintain the accuracy of the inventory counts to analyze the inventory needs based on, notifying management of the estimated delivery times
- Monitor all inventory movement to ensure all parts are properly accounted for
- Ensure VPC line and PIO are properly supported with product
- Ensure all concerned internal and external customers are notified of the current inventory levels and any issues
- Report any issues to management
- All other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma/G.E.D. Required
- Must hold a valid Driver's License Required
- Forklift Certified Required
- 2 - 3 years OR equivalent combination of education and experience Required
- Associates Degree Preferred
