Phenom 300 Second-In-Command

For our client, we are seeking a Phenom 300 Second-In-Command to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role supports safe and efficient aircraft operations for an organization that provides critical transportation services in a highly regulated environment. The Second-In-Command will work closely with the Captain and Operations Control Center to help ensure aircraft readiness, schedule reliability, and timely passenger service. In this position, attention to compliance, communication, and operational detail will be essential to supporting mission-critical travel. The ideal candidate will help maintain airworthiness standards, manage required records, and respond quickly to itinerary changes and operational needs. This is a hands-on aviation role with direct impact on safety, service continuity, and day-to-day flight execution. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $150,000+ annually Responsibilities Assist the Captain in aircraft operations and related assignments Complete flight, aircraft, and passenger records accurately and in a timely manner Ensure compliance with flight and duty time limitations Review the Flight and Maintenance Log to maintain aircraft airworthiness Ensure proper preflight, post-flight, and routine aircraft servicing Coordinate client requests for itinerary changes with the Operations Control Center Identify and take corrective action to minimize potential delays Qualifications 1,500 hours total flight time Commercial AMEL certificate with Instrument Rating Working knowledge of FAR Part 135 and Part 91 Current First Class Medical and clean record Valid and unrestricted passport Ability to lift 75 lbs up aircraft stairs Strong verbal and written communication skills Benefits Medical with Health Reimbursement Account through Blue Cross/Blue Shield of MA Dental Vision Healthcare Flexible Spending Account 401K Plan Employee Stock Purchase Plan Short Term and Long Term Disability Pet insurance Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
