We are seeking a dedicated Organic Chemist to join the Encoded Technologies team onsite, playing a key role in advancing on-DNA binder confirmation platforms and driving breakthrough DNA-compatible reaction optimizations. location: Cambridge, Massachusetts job type: Contract salary: $50.00 - 51.35 per hour work hours: 9 to 5 education: Doctorate Responsibilities Synthesize on-DNA compounds for on-DNA binder confirmation (ODBC) projects within set timelines.Develop and optimize new DNA-compatible reactions for production in DNA-encoded libraries.Analyze complex experimental data to enable data-driven decision-making across projects.Communicate key scientific findings clearly to multidisciplinary research teams.Maintain high standards of laboratory safety, detailed record-keeping, and quality results. Qualifications Required: Doctoral degree (PhD) in Chemistry, Chemical Biology, or Biochemistry.Hands-on, lab-based chemistry research experience.
