About the role
A PhD student in Computer and Information Science with an orientation in Digital Humanities is sought to work on projects involving artificial intelligence for archives.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research on the application of artificial intelligence techniques to digital archives.
- Collaborate with faculty and other students on interdisciplinary projects.
- Write academic papers and present findings at conferences.
- Teach undergraduate courses related to digital humanities and AI.
Requirements
- Recent PhD degree in Computer and Information Science or a closely related field.
- Strong background in artificial intelligence and machine learning.
- Experience with data analysis and natural language processing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications

- Interest in working with large datasets and archives.
