PhD Research Assistant (f/m/d) Part time 75% - Development of Perovskite Semiconductor Materials

This position is suitable for part-time employment and offers the opportunity to pursue a PhD. Starting date: 28 July 2026.

About the role

The goal of this project is to develop high-quality polycrystalline perovskite thin films through the control of temperature and pressure during perovskite solar cell fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Development and optimization of perovskite semiconductor materials
• Advancement and analysis of fabrication processes and their interactions
• Project work and support of day-to-day laboratory operations
• Contribution to teaching (e.g., coordination of lab courses, tutoring in a lecture)
• Publication of research results in scientific journals and at conferences
