Regeneron’s PharmD Program is an intensive, interdisciplinary 24-month rotational experience for graduating PharmD and/or PhD candidates. Participants receive training from Regeneron mentors and lead projects in global development roles, gaining both technical and non-technical skills through diverse training, cross-functional experiences, and ongoing mentorship.

About the role

This two-year development program exposes candidates to critical issues and decision-making processes, high-level business and department operations, and hands-on work experience across different areas. Associates will have opportunities to travel up to 15% of the time and may gain exposure to a different functional area through an optional elective rotation.

Program Tracks

The program offers rotations within one of the following tracks:

  • Clinical Operations & Program Management
  • Clinical Sciences
  • Regulatory Strategy
  • Regulatory Labeling & Advertising/Promotion
  • Safety Sciences

Clinical Sciences Track

Associates in the Clinical Sciences track will participate in clinical activities throughout the lifetime of a drug development program, from pre-IND/IND stage through completion of pivotal trials. Responsibilities may include:

  • Drafting documents integral to clinical sites and regulatory submissions
  • Analyzing data from clinical studies in preparation for interactions with ethics committees, senior management, regulatory authorities, and others
  • Managing third-party vendors and maintaining timelines of key results
  • Developing regulatory strategies for clinical development programs
  • Analyzing safety data to characterize the safety profile of products throughout their development lifecycle
  • Working with program mentors to improve skills and reach professional goals
  • Traveling to clinical sites and/or meetings with health authorities

Requirements

  • Post-doctoral graduates from an accredited (ACPE) College of Pharmacy program (PharmD); PhD graduates within a life science related area of study may also be considered
  • Must have completed your PharmD and/or PhD degree by Summer 2027
  • Prior internship or rotational experience within the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry is a plus
  • Exposure or familiarity with evaluating clinical trials, scientific literature, and data
  • Highly motivated with a desire to build a career in Clinical Sciences, Global Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and/or Safety Sciences
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis

Pay

Salary Range (annually): $98,100.00 - $160,100.00
