About the role

Join us as a Pharmacy Technician in the backend of the pharmacy to fill mail-order prescriptions. You will work directly with medications and automated machines.

Responsibilities

  • Filling of mail-order prescriptions
  • Working with medications and automated machines
  • Handling business required overtime (BROT) when needed

Requirements

  • Current, unrestricted license with the Pennsylvania State Board of Pharmacy as a pharmacy technician or trainee on Day 1 of employment
  • Regular and predictable attendance based on our policy
  • The ability to work independently and as a team
  • Schedule flexibility for testing support including early starts, late stays, and weekend support

Qualifications

  • Experience in medical, fulfillment center, warehouse or healthcare environments
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team
  • The ability to work business required overtime (BROT) when needed

Skills

  • Ability to remain upright on the feet for sustained periods of time
  • Moving about on foot to accomplish tasks
  • Close visual acuity to perform activities such as viewing a computer screen, reading, visual inspection involving small parts
  • Ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted
  • Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction
  • Bending body downward and forward by bending spine at the waist
  • Stooping to a considerable degree and requiring full use of the lower extremities and back muscles
  • Expressing or exchanging ideas by means of spoken word

Pay

Starting Pay for this role is $17.00 with opportunities to advance in as soon as 6 months (based on your skill-level).

Schedule

Hours and Days for this role are flexible: 24 hours per week
