Work Schedule
Per Diem. Hours and schedule vary. Minimum of 16 hours per week, with every other weekend rotation. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.
About the Role
UW Health's Community Pharmacy team is growing! We are seeking a Pharmacy Technician Specialist – Per Diem to fill and prepare prescriptions in our retail pharmacies for our patients. Qualifications
Education: No minimum education required. Completion of an accredited pharmacy technician training program preferred.
Work Experience: 6 months experience as a pharmacy technician, completion of accredited Pharmacy Technician Training Program, or completion of second year of pharmacy school required.
Licenses & Certifications: Wisconsin Pharmacy Technician Registration upon hire required. Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred.
