About the role
As the Pharmacy Technician, you will report to the Retail Pharmacy Manager. Under the direct supervision of the Pharmacist, the Technician enters and fills medication orders, maintains drug inventory, records, and assists customers/patients. The Pharmacy Technician is competent in all billing and crediting processes within the Pharmacy Department.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be registered with PA State Board of Pharmacy as Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacy Technician Trainee at hire (only valid for 2 years, cannot be renewed)
- Must become a Certified Pharmacy Technician within 2 years of hire date or be grandfathered by 06/28/2026
Preferred Skills
- Advanced computer skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
