Pharmacy Technician - Part Time
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content.
We have content: Description (intro) could be "About the role". Then "Responsibilties" (typo) list. Then "Qualifications" includes Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required, Preferred, Licenses And Certifications Required, Working Conditions. Also there is a "Job Duties" section about pay etc. There's also pay info: Minimum rate of $23.13 Hourly. Also mention benefits: comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, paid leave, tuition reimbursement, retirement benefits. Also mention shift differentials etc. So we can have Benefits section.
Pay section: we have posted rate of pay, minimum rate $23.13 hourly. Also mention that posted rate is estimate etc. We can include that.
Schedule: Not explicitly given. No schedule info. So omit Schedule.
Skills: Could be part of Qualifications; but we could separate Skills if there is specific list. There's "Strong ability to multitask", "Ability and willingness to work cooperatively with others", "Effective oral and written English communication". Those could be Skills. But we already have Qualifications covering education etc. Might combine. The instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we combine Skills into Qualifications or Responsibilities. But we have separate headings allowed; we can include Skills if we have content. However we might avoid thin sections. Let's decide: We'll have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications (including education, skills, licenses, working conditions), Benefits, Pay.
We must not repeat job title. No Job ID.
We must use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all bullet points from responsibilities, qualifications, etc.
We must remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. The text includes "If you feel the above description speaks directly to your strengths and capabilities, then please apply today!" That's application instruction; remove. Also "HMH is committed to pay equity..." that's part of pay info but maybe keep as part of Pay section? It's about pay transparency; it's substantive about pay. Keep.
Also "Job Duties The starting rate of pay is provided for informational purposes only..." that's also pay info; keep.
We need to ensure we don't repeat duplicated lines. There's some duplication: "Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:" appears twice? Actually appears in Qualifications section: first line "Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:" then later "Education, Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Preferred". We'll keep both.
